  1. How do I download the route KML/GPX map files for a route?

    The downloaded KML/GPX file cannot be used on its own – it has to be uploaded into a mapping platform such as Google Earth, Google Maps, Garmin, etc.

    Many mobile apps do not support the upload process. It's best to complete this step from a laptop or desktop, and then access it on your mobile through a mapping platform account.

    For example, upload and save the route KML/GPX files through a Google Maps account on the computer, and then access the file on a mobile phone through the Google Maps app.

  2. How do I navigate to the route’s starting point?

    You will need to download the app and select the ‘Directions to Start Point’ button. You will then have the option to open navigation in Google Maps or Apple Maps to proceed.

  3. How do I use route navigation?

    To use the feature of route navigation, please create an account and login. You will then be able to navigate the route when using the app. The navigation will begin once you have reached the route’s starting point.

    You can also access the route when you are offline by downloading the route KML/GPX map files. Please refer to point 1 for further clarification.

  4. How do I share route information?

    You can share specific route information by selecting the share button found near the route name. A link will be generated that you can share via messaging, email or social media.

  5. How can I change the route metrics?

    You can change the route metrics by going to your profile and opening the settings. You can adjust the distance, temperature, map orientation and default map layer.

  6. How do I adjust the language settings?

    You can select your language preference directly from the login page when you open the app. You can also adjust your language preference by going to your profile in both the app and website.

  7. How do I find the routes I have selected as favourites?

    You can find your favourite routes by going to your profile.

  8. How do I receive additional support and feedback?

    If you have require additional support or feedback, please use the ‘Support and Feedback’ button found on your profile page.
